Position Overview
As Kittle Property Group continues to expand its multifamily construction portfolio, you’ll help keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail. As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll support onsite supervision of daily construction activities, assist with subcontractor coordination, inspect work for quality, document progress, and complete tasks that aren’t contracted out.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll partner with the Superintendent and project team to maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite. Responsibilities include:

- Supervising subcontractor work and confirming quality standards are met
- Matching invoices to properties to support accurate job cost tracking
- Conducting routine site inspections for trash/housekeeping, OSHA concerns, and erosion control compliance
- Leading weekly safety meetings and reinforcing safe work practices
- Coordinating schedules and sequencing with subcontractors to support project timelines
- Performing punch-outs of finished units and helping drive completion
- Installing items such as mailboxes, bike racks, signage, and similar components when not contracted out
- Assisting the Superintendent with day-to-day site needs and priorities
- Completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of relevant construction experience required
- Strong language, math, and reasoning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Ability to read a tape measure and use a level
